Shipping Destinations

We ship to most locations worldwide. However, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be unavailable. If you are unsure about shipping to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping is free to all our customers.

Processing Time

Original Paintings and Art Prints: Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before shipping.
Digital Downloads: Instant access is available after payment confirmation.
Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Packaging

We take great care to package your artwork securely to prevent damage during transit. Larger pieces or delicate items may be shipped in reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, misrepresented or is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork for claims purposes.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make adjustments.

Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At ART 44, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind after receiving an original artwork, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. You may choose from one of the following options:

Store Credit for the full purchase amount, or

A Refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% processing fee based on the total purchase price.

If your artwork arrives damaged or does not match its description, Please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Return Process:

All returns must be shipped by the customer in the original packaging, including any certificates or accompanying documentation.
Refunds will be processed according to the exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and all refunds will be issued in CAD.

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and are considered Final Sale. These include:

Special Commissions
Special Collection items
Limited Edition and Open Edition artworks
Framed prints

Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been altered, stretched, or cropped after purchase. Refunds will not be issued beyond the 14-day return window.
